All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The balance of payment is required to be paid in full 10 days prior to your order being received. We will not accept cash payments.


Customers accept full responsibility for their order once it has been collected. Any concerns about your order must be raised immediately on collection. Once your order has been collected, you agree that you are happy with it and accept all responsibility for the transportation of it. We cannot give a refund if there is a mishap during transit. We are happy to advise the best way to transport your order, but it is the customers responsibility to exercise extreme care when moving and transporting your order.

Our products are classified as perishable and are designed to be consumed within a maximum one week of collection, unless otherwise stated. We will not provide a refund if you are unhappy with the quality of the product outside of this time frame.

We do not give refunds if orders are cancelled within 14 days of the due date. This is because we are required to order ingredients and create components prior to this time.

There will be a late collection fee charged, if we are required to remain at the store after hours. This is charged at Whipped Cakery's discretion.

We do not allow re-sale of any of our products, unless otherwise agreed to with a wholesale contract. 

All other issues will be dealt with at the discretion of Whipped Cakery. We reserve the right to change these policies at our discretion and commit to having these published on our website at all times.
