Where are you, and what are your hours?

We are located on Albany Highway, on Auckland’s North Shore. As we are a home based cakery, our opening hours will vary for your pick ups, at our discretion. Weekend pick up’s will usually be between 10am -12pm.

How much notice do you require?

We recommend 2-4 weeks notice, however if the date you are after falls outside of that period, feel free to shoot through an email and we will see if we can fit you in. We do our best to work within your timeframe and the sooner you contact us the better.

How can I place an order?

We are still in the process of setting up online ordering here on our website so in the meantime please fill in the Get a Quote form or email us at info@whippedcakery.co.nz and we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours. We encourage written communication to minimise misunderstandings and therefore are unable to take orders over the phone.

We require a non-refundable $20 deposit to secure your date. The balance of your bill needs to be paid 10 days before your pickup/delivery date.

Do you deliver or ship?

We offer free delivery within 10km of our kitchen in Albany, Auckland. Deliveries outside this area may be arranged, subject to availability. This will be at the customers cost, charged at $1/km. At this stage we do not ship our products, but are currently looking into this!

You are more than welcome to send through design inspiration or we can happily alter one of our existing designs for you. We won't however, copy another cake designers creation. We work with buttercream and ganache only.

How should I store my cake after it’s cut?

All our cakes will last up to a week, so long as they are stored in an air tight container and refrigerated.

Can I make changes to my order once placed?

Yes you can, we require 10 days notice to any changes. Please email us directly at info@whippedcakery.co.nz.
